Who we are
Inner Light Foundation is a non-profit organization composed of inspired individuals, who are eager to create a positive impact in our community through the act of mentorship and multiple initiatives.

We believe that the greatest act of leadership stems from example. Here at the Inner Light Foundation, our mission is to lead the next generation of youth towards excellence - to act as an external source of light and bring out the best in every individual.
The environment and the people we encounter on a daily basis, especially those we consider friends and family, greatly affect the way we think, influencing our beliefs, attitudes, and actions. If our friends are a positive influence, they can help us flourish into our visions of success. Similarly, they can be the roots of our downfall, if they are negative influences.

The relationship a child has with those older than them is powerful, because it is during these stages in their lives that they start to pick up habits from what they see - regardless of whether they are good or bad. In this sense, the older person can harbor responsibility for establishing good morals in the eyes of the child.

This is why we believe it is so important to work with the impressionable young children in our society. Through the act of mentorship, we expose them to countless opportunities to grow and develop. This also allows them to explore countless new subjects and topics that they otherwise would not have encountered.
